Mid-level Creative Team Wanted (NY)

Looking for a fearless and thoughtful team with a point of view. You may be short-in-the-tooth, but you’re skilled at concepting big ideas, owning them, and knowing what it takes to make them happen.  Us We’re Doremus, a global company with the character of a start-up. In the past, you may have ignored a listing like this from a company like us. And we couldn’t fault you for that. But check it out: in the last year we changed our leadership and refocused on the creative. We know, a lot of agencies say that, but we have, and we’ve got the work to show for it. Now, with some account wins and creative momentum we’re looking for some experienced and independent-minded folks to join us. The nuts and bolts: The Drum named us B2B Agency of the Year in 2018. We’re the only B2B agency in the Omnicom network, and we like that little niche for ourselves. Love that for us. We lean toward traditional, but stray in to digital or wherever the work takes us to create a compelling narrative. The office, when we’re not in a global pandemic, is in Midtown Manhattan.
Responsibilities
Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house marketing team
-A good, diverse body of work: breadth of tone, vertical, and platform
-B2B and B2C knowledge and/or experience
-Work within a variety of media (video, digital, social)
-Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects and work in a deadline-driven environment
-Good presentation skills and the potential to be great - in person and via zoom
-Relentless curiosity
-An aversion to Jackson Browne, or an ease with the absence of his presence on the shared Sonos
