As Management Supervisor across a portfolio of diverse businesses, you manage and oversee the day-to-day operations on two accounts. You work with the extended team members to develop, execute and manage complex projects, programs and campaigns. You are the clients’ partner and advocate within the agency.
·Responsible for account team performance and general vitality of the client relationship
·Manage the overall client budget, account profitability, and general performance
·Possess a deep understanding of the client’s business and category and builds similar understanding within the agency
·Engages client in forward looking program planning, partners with strategy and creative to present high-impact solutions
·Helps to identify and develop new business opportunities within the account
·Motivates and leads internal and external resources, builds good relationships with various teams and keeps them focused on great creative, staying on schedule and on budget
·Supervises Sr. Account Executive
·Reports to Group Account Director
8-10 years experience in client management at an integrated advertising agency
Demonstrated success at working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships both internally and externally
Experience with project management systems is a plus
Excellent organization and communication and skills
Proven track record of client success, stakeholder management and ability to drive incremental revenue
Strong attention to detail, stellar follow-up and able to generate strategic creative solutions to meet client needs
Ability to multi-task across multiple projects, accounts and stakeholders
