Associate Account Director

We’re looking for an Associate Account Director to join our team. Doremus is the world’s leading business-to-business agency, at a time when B2B is driving Silicon Valley and beyond. The Associate Account Director leads an integrated team of thinkers and makers. You’ll be an expert in our clients’ businesses. You’ll make sure we deliver the best plans and the most exciting work, while achieving business objectives and budget targets. You’ll cultivate internal collaboration, innovation and creativity.      
Responsibilities

·Hands-on strategic account management and primary contact and conduit between client(s)

·Be a contact for cross-functional integrated teams and partner agencies

·Identify and lead opportunities to accomplish clients’ business challenges and goals

·Create compelling points-of-view and presentations to demonstrate thought leadership

·Lead the execution of work for constantly-evolving markets and channels

·Manage profitability of owned accounts

·Mentor and develop staff

Qualifications

·8-10 years agency experience on B2B accounts, including tech clients

·Extensive experience in digital, social and content marketing

Requirements

·Excellent communication skills. Ability to prepare well-structured, clear and concise client-ready deliverables and presentations

·Strong analytical and finance skills
