Your Role This role reports in to the NYC office, but the candidate can work remotely. You would be working independently, or reporting to a Group Account Director, within an a department led by our Chief Client Officer, who would support in assisting the strategic direction, growth, and culture of your clients and collogues The Account Director leads an integrated team of thinkers and makers, and owns the primary relationship with clients. You’ll be an expert in our clients’ global businesses. You’ll make sure we deliver the best plans and the most exciting work, while achieving business objectives and budget targets. You’ll cultivate internal collaboration, innovation and creativity.    
Responsibilities

• Hands-on strategic account management and primary contact and conduit between client(s)
• Be the main contact for cross-functional integrated teams and partner agencies
• Identify and lead opportunities to accomplish clients’ business challenges and goals
• Create compelling points-of-view and presentations to demonstrate thought leadership
• Lead the development and execution of work for constantly evolving markets and channels, addressing client needs throughout the funnel and customer journey from awareness through demand and lead generation.
• Manage profitability of owned accounts
• Mentor and develop staff

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in digital, social and content marketing, from strategy development through production across channels
• Excellent communication skills.
o Ability to prepare well-structured, clear and concise client-ready deliverables and presentations
• Experience working with integrated teams, including agency, client and partner agency members
o Experience working with media teams (in-house or partner agencies) in development and execution of comm strategies and paid media plans.
o Experience managing and executing high volumes of production against fast timelines (pace of retail)
• Strong analytical and finance skills

Requirements

8+ years agency experience in B2B
Experience with various projects types, including web, mobile, video, brand, and strategic consulting.
Proven history in the industry or related experience in developing campaigns and marketing initiatives
Managing large creative team and clients.
